Death the Clouded Mystery

Death the Clouded Mystery

A Poem by Alias Fletcher
"

some reflections of mine

"

Death the clouded mystery

And life the naked now...

What may we do?

Shall we kiss, our time together immortal in the moment,

Our sins, were there sins, dust in the cosmos

* * *

The air is in my hair; peacefully,

Gently your fingers tease the strands

And I remember... your face, not yet forgotten,

Your kiss, not lost in stirring leaves of autumn.

These memories... each is treasured

All are interconnect and crisscrossing

All are what I am.... then and now

so

Come softly through the night,

My lover, my friend, my hope, my desire...

Your robes falling open, your breath my memory.

Let's savor this moment, and make it immortal... our now!

Very intriguing but beautiful... the key to life is knowing death is one step away. A very astounding write.
