Stitches

Stitches

A Poem by Riverdance

I've stitched up my broken heart

But still the threads remain

For even though the cut is mended

The pain stays bright and clear

No one understands

They see a healing wound

But behind the crusted scab

A swollen heart still bleeds

Aw sis, I know how you feel. Really I do. Can you imagine how I felt when I stepped into that door and saw her, and knew you were only a few paces away??
Poor Smokey. She will always be in our hearts.
