Dead Man Walking

Dead Man Walking

A Poem by Rob Funk

 When it failed,

It seemed my ship had sailed,

Blue steel,

At least I wont feel,

Heaven or hell,

Who could tell,

Life such a hard sell,

And when He fell,

Upon His bloody face,

As he felt deaths embrace,

A feeble smile,

For I have gone the last mile.
