Sounds of sadness

Sounds of sadness

A Poem by Robert Cohen
"

Individuals go through sadness in their life but it's about how you process it, what's going on in that period of time that determines how you come out of it.

"

The sounds of sadness are very prevalent in my life right now in the past week I've experience the Ascension from Earth to Glory of two people who are new very well one was my first cousin and one was a form former bus operator that transported me for years with three different bus companies the cycle of my grief continues to move in the wrong direction. I'm at the end of my rope All I can do is continue to pray

So sad and full of emotion. We all have gone through this sadness of losing someone we care about. It's hard and when it happens reaching out for help can make things better! Sorry for your loss!
