A Poem by RMR

Attempting to discover,
A new found bliss.

There's a color that I've never seen,
 hiding
In your eyes, and your lips.

>

So bring me your love,
And maybe I will confess.

That these words are real feelings,
 Not just an honest guess.
I'll roar at the stars,
And ask for their glimmer.

Hoping in my heart that this candle is not alone
As it sits for our dinner.

Let the rains race to the gravel ,
Let the storms release pent up rage, but harbor no fear my dear.
Know my voice and words
belong not to a stranger.

As your smile dances across my thoughts,
like Melody in your favorite song
This rushing world attempts to steal your warmth from me, every morning and night.
Restoring it to me thankfully while I pray in the absence of light.

These changing seasons, like your eyes, Do swirl my insides
To my full Delight.
