So deep in every man

So deep in every man

A Poem by Blackwood

there are no words escaping from mouth and mind,

to find the pen and page

mute and dumb to the dream of my breath

ny will escaping me

finding the holes  so wide in the scenarios

and cuts so deep in every man

possessing a dream,

fiding no sympthy in hands

words, or glances

no longer divine gifts but mere tools

exploited, underapperciated and forgotten

to foldm flip, slap and spread glop

guck and slime onto processed wheat

A life washed away in the repeition and despiration

Where are the drugs man,

i dont know,

Somewhere between three months ago and three days

every moral fiber singed,

walls crumble under pointless resistance

so we just enjoy the dancing ang glimmer

of pretty poision colored haze

Have i fallen to hex,

or have i merely fallen.

Wings wrap around me still, but is it for the first time

i no longer want them there

to just be alone, completely

to fade, and flow like grains of sand to the winds of time

forever, gone.

I pray not for absolution, nor salvation,

Solace is not my morphine,

i require something more absolute

a rapturous passion the only one to doust the timeless thirst

and time itself

lovely, quiet, radiant.... Oblivion.
