Looking In

Looking In

A Poem by Rory CJ Frankson

A scintillating sigh...

The tragic passion of emotions misused distraction,

encumbered translations, in rectified circumstance.

A fictional misrepresentation in mixtures confusion,

abstractions delusion, presentations extraordinaire.

Innocence rendered in a spiralling dance in fashion,

enamoured self preservation, peels back the realism.

The articulation precedes any notions of conception,

imagined relations, naked want in the interpretation.

Even this measured response conditioned excellence,

feels no repercussion, splendour exists in its synthesis.

Predicted outcomes advanced in this modicums threat,

offered participation, in a maybe deserved retribution.

Handily to relinquish that which can not be relished,

nor even cherished, considered to be actually childish.

Groan within the growth of the obscure and necessary,

intellectually abstract, the end picture. Made no sense.

Your intensity of descriptions gives real meat to the bones of your heavily laden sentences. Also the descriptions provide an intensity that allows the meaning out very quickly. I do like the ending that finishes it off nicely with an abrupt short sentenced twist.

Complexity interwoven and the heart is ripped out and yet still breathes and beats on its own...perhaps...
Poignantly wrenching love xoxo

Now that is a deep deep deep thought

Complex...like like emotions. There is nothing simple when it comes to human emotion, especially if that emotion is for another human.

Even for those who practice simplicity and acceptance, emotion can be as complex as it simple.

Bang ! A real dense text you have to work on, not easy but full of interesting ideas and obscure connections that provoke thought and intellectual effort.Well done.
