We Tend to Forget

This tiny poem talks about bringing back positive feelings you had in the old "better" days. It also refers to how stories and any king of storytelling can wake-up forgotten feelings we once felt.

we are forgetters.

we were born to remember, and merely forget

the feel to be out of my bones, far from my head

no story comes back, no second retake.
