Still Bleeding

Still Bleeding

A Poem by Anna

I want you to miss me

So painfully"

That a fire becomes you

Burns you into ashes

That look just like mine.

Become a torch

Whose flames are present

For the love lost

Not dead, but whole

In the pitch of you.

When all is gone"

Miss me so dreadfully

The thought of me

Leaves you writhing.

I say it because

I cannot say it differently.
