Death

Death

A Poem by ROSALIND

She stumbled upon her husband
darkened secret
Tearfully she buried her tears
Waiting for her serious revenge
She hid in a cupboard full of
Hairy spiders
Slowly one by one the spiders
spin their webs
trapping her whispers
silently she lay there in the cold.
Her body had decomposed
Years later the house had been
demolished.
Her husband remains found in
the middle of the stairs
