Dark Demons

Dark Demons

A Poem by ROSALIND

When my eyes gazed
upon your face
those ugly black demons
spat out a roaring fire
Waiting  in a spooky
cold darkened hole
Haunting looks could kill
The v unable
Trap in a web of deceit
Shouting obscenities
In the air
cornered
beaten
Spat upon
like a drunken vile cat
Your eyes filled with hate
I SIT HERE BROKEN
Wondering if I ever see
The old You.....

It is hard to know who the real "you" is when they are so caught up in evil! We must care for them, love them, and pray for them!!
