Rock Bottom

Feeling all alone 😭

My life as been caught

on a downward spiral

You see I have latched on 

to the worst kind of junk 

That you could possibly eat 

All the things that I said no to.

Now the pounds are quickly

Creeping On 

I  get the sense Iam stuck in a rut .

Feeling down 

Horrible

Tired 

No energy.

Since my husband had a  diagnose 

of  mild dementia

Say I need a friend

Any advice in a review would be appreciated

I need some help 

Encouragement  

Please don't just pass this off  

Iam struggling.
