Numb and Dumb

I'm so tired but I keep waking up
My eyes are close but my mind is
open
Myself is missing inside out
The higher I fly, the deeper I go
Can you tell me which way to go?
Is it silent up above?
Or it's dark down below?
Yes, I'm happy to be sad
And sad to be happy
But I'm not happy neither
It's not a sin that I always seem to frown
Better than to wear a pretending smile
But it's not a frown at all
It's just a face of an empty music sheet

Excellent, truly. It's a wonderful poem about confusion that I can really identify with. The hideous haze where it's impossible to tell how you truly feel. I love this so much x
