Yggdrasil

Yggdrasil

A Poem by Kira
"

Yggdrasil - the legendary Norse Tree Of Life, to fell on Ragnarok by Nidhog's tooth and Loki's hand. The dwelling of the Three Goddesses Of Fate that connects the Nine Planes.

"

Yggdrasil

So she sits and she waits beneath the leaves of Yggdrasil its never-ending branches reaching up towards the skies its boughs so strong and its roots creeping ever-so-slowly down.So the tree sits and so the tree waits in its eternal slumber of nothingness.it has no meaning yet it has meaning it has no fate yet it has fate it does not exist yet it does exist always crawling beneath the Earth never stilling ever-wakening lingering on the precipice of Purgatory.
