Demure

                                 She loves like a kitten

             infatuated with flowers,

                I couldn't help but to adore her.

The way she shies away,                 

    frightened,                               

adoring rhododendrons and roses

                in silence for hours,

       until she'd whisper,

          “I really love flowers.”
