TILLY THE SPIDER

TILLY THE SPIDER

A Poem by STAR CHILD

TILLY THE SPIDER

Tilly was a spider

In her lazy abode

Lovely she is

Little spider

Taking out her pretty yellow dress

Happily getting dressed

Encompassing her beauty

She gets out her red lipstick

Putting on her matching high heels

Dancing out the door

Entertainment waits

Riding in her yellow buggy

Again this resembles much like your last poem, the oak tree, I think. The truth is, I hate spiders and I like to kill one if I saw one. Upon reading this, I think I can just let spiders go and ride their imaginary car. Ah, the joys of fantasy!

It worked!... I'm trapped!
