It symbolized pure beauty

which was Shah Jahan's duty

For his beloved wife

In memory of her life

It was constituted of white marble

And other valuable stones and pebbles

It had a splendid symmetry

With well calculated geometry

It is India's pride

And is renowned world-wide

For it's incredible structure

Which is hard to rupture

It is a world wonder

That is to be pondered

The Taj Mahal is praised even now,

For Shah Jahan's eternal love!!!
