Run away
They'll seal you in a bottle, they'll suffocate you. A mind palace, unkempt and dirty. Bitter past life beckoning, but you ran away. Look away They want you to change, but you never do. Shuffling seasons - green to yellow, cocoon to butterfly. But you looked away. Hold it in All your virtues and vices, concealing you. Oh masterpiece! What could've been, if you ever saw you as you were. But you held it in! You see you, on shards of stained glass - nonsensical but colorful. The view on the other side, for once, hopeful and calm, since you saw you! © 2025 Krishnaraja Sagar T S |
