Day 31, since the “Healing”
My book of thoughts share the pain I have suffered over time
Until I came across you ....
My hearts blackened with the thought of disappearing one day, Alone
I didn’t expect you to have sympathy for my problems, But I fell in love with your energy and I needed more.
At first sight I already felt a shift in my heart , and felt warm for the first time in years.
You asked me to pour my heart out to you ... knowing if I do, I would run you away from me
You looked through all my flaws and imperfections and saw the little light left in me.
I could feel my heart beating faster than usual as we opened our soul to each other in hope that we will still like one another ...
The beating got heavier as a wave of purity stripped me from my world and sent me flying into euphoria
Thinking to myself... “maybe this is a start of a new book of life”
As we write our pages together stanza to stanza . Today is Valentines marking a month of personal healing . How long will it last
