A Poem by Sanjeeta Sharma Pokharel "Hridayaninadini"

I fear no darkness, Mom!
I fear no deadly beasts,
I fear not this frantic death,
I fear these barbarous fists...!

I am always glad to see you here because it reminds me of my 2009 visit to Kathmandu. I remember the rushing river, terraced hillsides, a beautiful tower that I can't remember it's name but it all comes back. And now this. I read it with the same hope as I am sure it was written. That the atrocity of Delhi will bring about a movement ending the abuse, suffering and disenfranchisement of women everywhere. I am with you, Sanjeeta and ask for blessings on you and thank you for this memorable work.
