Sit Still

Sit Still

A Poem by Sunflower/Sara Kendrick
"

Short rhyme

"

Different shades of gray coat sky

Covering the sun's light

An eerie stillness lingers now

Almost like dark midnight

Sit still let peace saturate soul

Fill the empty places

In Your presence one's made whole

Fill all cups with Your graces

Great message, we need to sit sill to feel his present for its his time not ours in which we receive his presents.

I really like this. There is a slight menace with the sky being coated with grey yet we know we are still safe if we have faith. For me this is a very comforting poem.
