Savin' Me with a twist

Savin' Me with a twist

A Poem by Sarah W. French

Prison gates won't open up for me
I'm trapped for good
On these hands and knees I'm crawlin'

But it doesn't work
Oh, I reach for you
And you push me back
Well I'm terrified of these four walls
Frighting how much we've changed
These iron bars can't hold my soul in
When my soul is already gone
All I need is you
But you don't want me
Come please I'm callin'
All you can do is laugh
And oh I scream for you
My pain is for you
Hurry I'm fallin', I'm fallin'
I'm waiting for your arms
