Lucky Winner

Lucky Winner

A Poem by sasha

Listening over and over again
to music, songs of Palestrina
all those efforts are in vain
to the past not to be chained
like being doomed to be a sinner
alone to changes try to take
alone warm up my frozen dinner
and to repeat the same mistakes
alone go to bed, alone a play to make
prepare myself for being a lucky winner

I also like to prepare for being a lucky winner.
Yours and mine perspectives may be different, but both of us love to win.
Thanks for sharing the nice write.

post relationship blues here...

but always hope there will be lucky love on the horizon...sometimes we let the past stop us...

if we can let go...we may find ourselves sharing a hot, home cooked meal with a new loved one.

such longing here...and sadness mixed with a certain hope for future.
