My Wishes

My Wishes

A Poem by Lexicon
"

Everything that I want in the world.

"

In a single breath, my body will be swept away.

In a single scribble, I will lose my mind to a world unknown.

Without this single thought, I will plunge myself into a great catastrophe.

I will divulge on the wrong while purging the right.

Wrong is not evil. Just as a mistake is not forbidden.

My suicide is predicted. My murder is emminent. It is through unselfish wishes and confident eyes that cause me to forget about the consequences, and live on with pride and luxury in my actions.

It is with great esteem for myself that I KNOW I will not die.

Slit my wrists and let my blood fill a chasm.
Break my spirit, let my tears flood a valley.
Refrain me from rest. Labour me. Let my sweat shower over a drought.

Leave my wishes to be granted. Read them with an open heart and a steady soul. Do not willfully understand them.

Cherish.

This is a powerful message that borders on life and death. A number of questions arises when one considers they doing right or are they doing wrong. This piece places a lot on a person's mind. You've generated deep thoughts from this writing.

very deep! I had to read a couple sections twice because it was so descriptive but that just may be me being tired. I loved it.

About
I've had violent thoughts, suicidal ideas, and a depressing mindset. I figured, instead of whining about it to any one of my tired friends, I'd write it out. What's the point of jumping off a cliff o.. more..
