Arcade nightA Poem by RivaxorusI wish there was more in our world To express what is to come To what we are feeling To how I, feel about you There are three words we use often But it seems mediocre, so we say it a lot to make up for that Yet, is there an image to replace those words Something, far different Like if a black hole were to kill us now You'd be the first thing I'd think of We'd be pulled into another universe Where all the letters are upside down noʎ ǝʌoן ı ʎɐs p,ı puɐ ɹǝʇʇǝq ǝq p,ʇı ǝqʎɐɯ ɐuıɥ" ɹo uıɐʇunoɯ ɐ ǝʞıן s,ʇı ʇoıpı uɐ ɯ,ı ɟı ʎɹɹos ɯ,ı So we make the most of what we have what we don't have and wish for something more And I could say a thousand words but none could amount to how I feel I'm quiet, and you're not The silence is a creepy realization of life I love you with a red passion As if a rose had over grown its roots So what is a lame poem to cost How does it mean anything My heart beats fast for you And I want to watch me step If I make you mad, I want you to know That I didn't mean to That I love you and everything I am loves you
