No Goodbye

seeing you the other day was great

but not knowing it was your last hurt

i knew you were leaving but not when the time was coming to be

you left without a goodbye

a hug was never given to be remembered

last words were not spoken for

days you did not show gave me a scare

i became superstitious of things and wondered

as it hit me i broke down and cried i lost a friend who was close to me

 

you saw through all my lies and masks of pain

seen my shades of gray and color

but now as things fade from here its all a blur

tears are evermore shed 

walls are dented and hands are broken while bloodied 

all because you left without telling me goodbye
