Curiosity and the cat

Curiosity and the cat

A Poem by Adaylamore
"

Did curiosity really kill the cat

"
They say curiosity killed the cat,
I dare say that's not a fact,
My theory differs,
See,
I think the cat killed curiosity,
It was a small bird at that,
It's flutters were useless,
And the cat was ruthless,

And with one bite,
It uttered a breath,
When the chewing began,
It saw instant death,

So fare well to thee,
For it must be,
Curiosity did no killing,
It was the cat,
INDEED.

Snoop into others' business should be the reading.

Curiosity Killed the cat is a metaphor for those who snoop into other business and being an interloper can cause an early demise. Great writing.
