Why?

It's crazy how someone who means the world to you will just up and leave...
Without reason or logic.
All I can think about...
Is it me? 
Did I make an unmentionable mistake?
But the biggest question of all..
Is WHY? 
Why did you build me up, only to throw me into the ground?
Why did you want me to break down the walls surrounding me if all you wanted was to give me a reason to build them back even taller and stronger...
Why did you say you loved me and then leave like i mean nothing to you?
But what I really want to know
Why did you give up on me?...
I see you daily and every time I do, I get a hole in my chest...
A part of me is missing because of you and you don't seem to care.
You ignore me and pass me in the hall as if I don't even exist...
You smile as if it doesn't phase you....
I fake a smile...
But the truth is...
I'M DYING INSIDE....
And YOU are the reason...
I thought you were my knight....
I guess I was wrong...

Way too many people can relate to this piece. I think it could use just a little bit of tweaking maybe just reread it and see if you can smooth out your flow a little bit. Other than that, nice write.

WHY comes in each and everyones life for once. We all go through heartbreak and basically that is good!
