Soulful Rhythm

As I dance to the soulful rhythm,
Rhythm of the skies and the sun;
I carry along all I could fathom
And bear a dire wish to run.
Run for the hills, run across the plains
And reach the place of bilssful rains.
Then bit by bit I gather my heart
And death comes by and blows a dart.
The dart strikes my being and I shout
But days end and the lights fade out.
My soul sets free and begins a quest,
Quest for peace and for some ease.
Finally the rhythm hits a note, the best;
And at last my soul comes to rest.
