She is my light

In the dark

Inside sadness

She makes me smile

With a golden heart

And her emerald eyes

Shining like stars

On midsummers eve

 

Everything is happy

When i'm with my angel

 

She is my love

My turmoil has gone

My anger has subsided

I love her and thats it

Haha. Well, it's a bit...cliche, nothing really groundbreaking, but why mess with the old comparisons? The reason they're cliche is because they describe love so well. And it was cute. I like that ending line. It has your usual defiant tone. Make no apologies or justifications for loving her, just say it and mean it, and what lse could prove the speaker's love for her? Cute write, and thanks for the RR.
