Someday you'll learn to love this

Someday you'll learn to love this

A Poem by Sherbs Dreaming Tree Of Poetry

Did you ever truly listen?

Or care at all?

Was I just a pawn in your deadly game?

Even though you were the Queen in mine?

A Queen of torture and pain

Of sickness and disease

A delicate spring blossom is the scent of love

But yours had an undertone of putrid flesh

You skin was once soft as silk

And now it is but scales

On the back of your serpentine lullabies

Anguish and death is all that lies in your wake

A trail of suffering

I came all this way jsut to be shunned?

To be trampled under your heel?

Why must I love this mefistress of dark desires?
