Fall

Poem I just wrote about sleep as I am currently very tired and really need to sleep

When the duty of the day is done,
And your body complains and says enough,
Surrender your worries to the night
And let the stars ignite your hopes.
Then let slumber and dreams
Lift you weightlessly from your perch
And guide you to your rest.

But do not fall too deep. 
Tomorrow is waiting for you . . .

ahh, so peaceful, comforting and relaxing. just takes you away drifting peacefully. and then that ending - bam - back to harsh reality -ughh thank you for sharing.

Such a peaceful poem which reminds me of last night when I was too tired abs wanted to sleep like a baby leaving all the weariness and tiredness of the day... But my mind also remembered that I have to go find my job this morning so I can't go to the deepest level of sleep... A very serene write... Well done...
