~ A Missouri Boy ~

With just two credits shy of a college degree,

Brad decided to withdraw and head for Los Angeles.

Crazy as it was, that he dare do such a thing,

What he had in mind, was much more than a fling.

He will never ever tell you, that it was an easy quest,

To pursue his lifelong dream, allowed for him no rest.

So he studied hard, under London’s tutelage,

Honed in his acting skills, down to a cutting-edge.

His efforts paid off well after auditioning in mass,

He received a featured role in a film called “Cutting Class”.

He next appeared in “Dallas”, and the sitcom, “Growing Pains”,

“Glory Days”, “Another World”- His emergence not in vain.

But what drew the most attention, was “Thelma and Louise”,

When he played a slick hitchhiker, and handled it with ease.

Next came a main role offer in “A River Runs Through It”,

Redford saw Brad’s true potential, and knew the lad could do it.

After that, the movies came, from every nook and cranny,

Brad was now a superstar, in demand, worldwide, by many.

With his life no more his own, Press stalked him near and far.

Forget taking a trip, let alone driving a car.

The magazines and talk shows, all wanted interviews,

Not surprising were the stories, most quite bogus, others true.

Soon thereafter came a challenge, for the young, Missouri Boy,

When he landed the lead role, in the epic movie “Troy”.

Still more films to steal his time and to make greater his name,

“Ocean’s Eleven, Twelve, & Thirteen”, “Snatch” and “Jesse James”.

To date he’s rather busy doing more than just succeed,

Producing and directing, while helping out those most in need.

Great! Fame used for the right reason! I think you like him...haha...joking! You really got into his career there! You show how he has climbed and made it to where he is followed around mercilessly. But yeah...if he is going to have papparazzi all over him it should be used to spotlight the causes he feels for rather than who he is with or what's his favorite hangout and who was there. Interesting subject to write about. Blessings to you.
