Liquid Fantasy

Liquid Fantasy

A Poem by Siddartha Beth Pierce

Liquid fantasy

consuming me
dreams of you
in the pool
of our eyes
hazel,chocolate,
azure blue
all at once
like the rainbow
we saw
your eyes are like
a mirage before mine
everchanging
unknowing

glancing from head to toe

my visage

as if to memorize

while I am mesmorized

by those

undulating

hues

within your irises

a true and utter bliss

of longing, desire

fills me momentarily

is gone briefly

but then back again

it arises

with the flutter

of your lashes

against my damp skin

as I watch you take me...

In.
