Bitter Sweet Love

Bitter Sweet Love

A Poem by Silent Poet

The red flower blooms
On that first summer day

As I touch your face it
Quickly begins to rain

It’s beautiful though the
Rain is absolutely beautiful

It’s not quite as beautiful as
You my sweet love

My love for you is quite
Sweet but quite bitter

Bitter words fall out of my
Mouth when I am mad

But sweet words always
Fall out of yours

I am so grateful
For your presence

I am so grateful for
You my sweet rose

You are my rose
And I am your thorn

Together we are
Absolutely beautiful

But apart I am bitter
And rigid and you

Are sweet and soft
At my touch your finger

Is pricked and your
Blood falls

It falls like the tears
From your eyes

I see you cry and
Every time I know

It is because of me
I am sorry my love

For what I do to you
For all the pain I

Put you through
I did not mean to

Hurt you, I meant
To love you with

All my heart
Why must our love

Be so bitter sweet
Every time I see your

Face I fall in love
With you over and

Over again
I know you won’t always

Be mine but I will
Always be yours

Our love is the
Sweetest love

Our love is the most
Bitter love

What I want to say now is….
I will always love you

About
Shy, that's one word you could use to describe her. Weird, lovable, different, unique, I could never find the just one word to describe her unique personality. She was one who loved all. She loved you.. more..
