Winter Rain

Winter rain can be so nice
Well here you are, take my advice
Enjoy each day, whatever may come
'though this advice absurd to some

Still here it is - some take, some leave
Some live in doubt whilst some believe
No matter your stand or what you see
We know that what will be will be

Sometimes we may feel cheated, sure
The world has tricks and treats in store
But then there comes another page
So keep in check the time of rage

For when the winter rain has passed
The powerful sun its rays will blast
Revealing how we weathered the storm
A clearer view, once safe and warm
