Power In Words

If my words had a beat would you feel me now?
Would you understand what I wrote down ?
Instead of being moved by the words , you're moved by the sound.
This is what I found,
instead of working to find the answers , they continue to look around.
In a world full of followers they follow the man with a crown .
There is no victory in following a noun ,
empowering an object.
Let me connect the disconnect .
If I wore this accessory would my words have the same effect?
Without it can I get the same respect ?
Just take a sec and soak it all in,
the day we come together , will be the day we all win.
