The Come Down

A profoundly deep poem.

Seemingly tragic is the soul and mind of the human. Right and wrong is more similar than it is different; feelings implode and erode; creations are born to die. The whole of the world, the sky and everything around us created from a fallen star, what is there to live for but what we make of the matter that we are?

Written in a dark time of my life when I was using certain substances.
