You made me choose

You made me choose

A Poem by LadyInk

It tortures me to know
That I was the first to let go
And the fact that you made me choose
Was like forcing me to lose
Everything I needed
And all I ever wanted
I know I've lost you for good
Move on, I know I should
But I don't know how to
Since everything I see reminds me of you

A tought spot to be in I would think... If I had to walk those shoes, I'd probably just try to pick a new direction and let the past drift like the desert sands. Lotsa pain in these words. They came through crystal clear. Nice job! =)
