A Poem by SlimBizkit

When you turn away,
I know I pushed you there.
When you hate me,
I know I caused the tear.

When the blood runs from the scene,
I know I cut you.
I know that it hurts,
please know I never meant to.

When you cry,
I know I forecasted the storm.
When I was cold,
Your hug wasn't there to warm.

Now without you,
I realize I'm broken.
You were the gold.
You were that token.

I've lost you.
But I deserve nothing easier than that.
Now I learn how to live alone,
Alone in the room I sat.

The empty space beside me;
I now don't have to worry,
worry about hurting you.
I barely can heal myself and I'm sorry.
