A Poem by Andromeda
"

...different than what i usually write i suppose. NEW

"

Spinning like fireflies locked in a jar,

Glowing bright and flying light.

And here            We are

And here is

                        Perhaps just

                        Not a lie.

Whirling and clapping hands like

Gaping gazes on banging drums

And really,

                        If this is a lie—

                        Do you think I could care?

                        If this is wrong, do you think I could

                        Stop?

Two last hopes remain and

Please, please refrain

                        From blocking my embrace—

If this is Lie;

If you are Lie;

If we:

            If we are the monsters that haunt the closets at night—

            If we is Wrong—

I

Couldn’t

Care—

            Couldn’t care Less;

            Couldn’t care More.
