It was last Tuesday Night

It was last Tuesday Night

A Poem by Andromeda
"

heheheh, uhhhhhhhhh....funny? maybe? or maybe just cute? idk...or maybe just too late at night

"

I caught a muse.

I caught a muse—

It was last Tuesday night.

When the clouds were bright

And the sun was light,

I caught myself a muse,

And found just the words to use

For the ideas I never held—

The night was felled,

And I caught a muse

Last Tuesday night.

The day was upheld,

And I caught myself a muse,

And it was a Tuesday night.

And it was when

The over-waves of sin,

Waved over the grass

Like whispers of marching army men,

And someone told me I

Caught myself a muse

Last Tuesday night,

But I have no idea

What they could mean,

For I write

In the same shades

I have always seen.

And to think I could be queen:

They would write my words on the screen,

And think

And worry

And wonder

Just what I mean

Just because

I caught a muse,

But I think it was

Actually on Wednesday

When I caught it.

Just because

I caught a muse,

And I thought it was

The flu at first.

This isn't your typical genuis. Think you had a good idea here, but may have lost the train of thought. I understand what you mean here, but it bounces around a bit too much in comparison with what you have written before. Not bad, but you have done so much better in the past.
