Crow

Crow

A Poem by Andromeda
"

idk where this came from, but it's semi-morbid, but i like it...

"

And they say it’s the feeling of letting go:

This knot in my throat

That I know

Oh, I know.

I know that without you

The rope would have been slow

And I would not now

Be flying

On the wings of the crow, watching above it all

And smiling

At you

In the world you

Used to know.

And I’ve heard

That our last dreams

Are the ones that we pray:

That we hold onto forever

That we never

Is that what they say?

As I fly away

On the wings of the crow,

Wondering if I’ll ever

Convince the stars

To smile your way and let you know.
