Butterflies and Bumble Bees

Butterflies and Bumble Bees

A Poem by SmittyJas
"

Nature

"

I look at the Butterflies
I look at the bees
I wonder to myself
Where could they have all gone too
Where could they all bee

In Many Years past
I would see them
around the flowers bushes
Doing Bee and Butterfly works

All summer long
The Fruit would get Pollenated
The flowers make it to full bloom
To me It would tickle my senses

Oh how happy a nature Child
Like me would be
Seeing the Butterfly Float
and the Bee with his sting

But Today I miss everything
No butterfly
No Bee with a sting
Pollinators our to pasture

Oh what could be the Matter
Could the Fruit of the earth
Be in the Balance
No Bees on Fruit

Does man become a ghost
IN his own town
No place to roam around
Will Science have the answer in time

Its a race to the end of time
Yours and mine
Pray to God
Give us a little more time
