Your Sunshine

a glimpse of me

 I am the first; the eldest.

I am the beginning:

A strong support.

Who am I?

 

I first felt their love

Their blisses and glee.

I made them new parents

And helped shape our home.

 

Years later you’re born,

Love was then shared

But I really don’t care

‘Coz you are me- younger.

 

Heart for a child

Love of a child

Each fresh experiences begun

When I first cried.

 

I’m your armor and defense,

A listener of your yens:

I am an icon of influences,

A living statue of their greatness.

 

I am the best godsend

My parents first received

And the last refuge

For my younger bro and sis!

I had 9 older siblings, but not one of them ever said anything like this to me, the baby of the family. You show me a point of view I'm not expecting & I love fresh approaches like this. My favorite concept is how the first child helps teach new parents . . . clever idea . . . your message is full of sparkling ideas like that.
