can you see the want
to say those fateful words
they stand on the edge of my lips
trying to get free
I try and fail
I keep on trying
though I know I may not prevail
it would crush my heart
if I could not win
by the end
I feel myself gaining ground
even as I drown
they will come out in the end
they must come out they must

continue on your quest young friend
for I know that in the end
your love will prevail
for if it doesn't
much has gone wrong
so be strong my friend
as you chase the wind
