Charm Ye Bell Tower
By: Adam M. Snow

The clock charms the hour;
justle the bells in towered.
Ring once for love, twice the sorrow;
crack thy mouth, thy clapper swings,
bring forth thee thy morrow sings.

I really like the last parts with the rings. Anyways well done with the chimes of life and time that passes by.

A amazing poem. I like the language and the use of the bells. I miss being in Europe. The old churches were a pleasure sound to be heard. Thank you for the outstanding poem.

Lovely. Just lovely.
Love this line:
"Ring once for love, twice the sorrow;"
I could read this small poem over and over as if it was a long poem. Nice write.

Old language somehow lends a youthfulness to this. It begs us the reader to look forward to tomorrow and to long to hear that bell charm the hour. Very Impressive!
