For years, I have had a fascination with the female umbilicus. One day, I felt a little silly and decided to write a satirical nonsense poem.

I have this unique fetish that worship all alone

The Only Politically Correct Erogenous Zone

Whereas the Average Joe will just shamelessly stare

At the callipygian orbs of your luscious derriere

To steal a lingering glimpse down your decollete

For many a Peepin' Tom it's a voyeuristic matinee

Others believe lusting for your genitalia

Is their salacious passage to concupiscent regalia

For this lonely naivete to achieve titillating bliss

Tantalizing Seductress, please unveil your umbilicus

nicely done, though it should come with a dictionary or footnotes. i enjoyed the rhymes, the vocabulary and the humor.

Clever. A co-worker of mine from years ago came in one day with her belly button showing. She just had belly button ring put in and that was the first time I paid attention to one. haha You really did a good job writing this. Great poem.
