Here is a poem about being brave! You have strength. All you need is to let go

Do you know what beauty is?
It's not a lovely face
But the scars and stains you carry along
With utmost pride and grace
They'll remind you of how strong you were
Yesterday, tomorrow and today
Each scar will tell a story
The one you wouldn't have to say
The pain, the grief and the tears
Show you struggle each night
With monsters in head and hurtful sorrows
You, my, love, will continue to fight
