An Unlikely Friend

A poem for someone, she'll know who she is. ^_^ This just came to me and I had to write and share it.

Two separate breeds,

So very different,

But similar in ways,

We’re learning about each other more each and every day,

But we’ve already shared the same pain,

We’re supposed to hate each other completely,

But those are older standards,

Us younger ones can rise above old ways,

We talk and share jokes,

Becoming very unlikely friends,

Both of us are still leery,

But I’m happy that we can talk,

You a vampire,

Me a wolf,

Different but both hunters of the night,

We can share that night,

Not fight,

We’re becoming an unlikely pair,

But I’m happy that we can build this odd friendship,

Two different breeds,

So very different,

But its so much fun to talk with you.

use ok so after reading this nad ya u sitting right next to me in nicks house its nice to kno that we can hang out without killing each other ^.^ we share a common enemy and thats how this odd friwendship came about but i agree bit is nice to talk....nice poem
